Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with shoppingperfumes.ca We take pride in the quality and authenticity of our fragrances. Due to the personal and delicate nature of our products, we have established the following policy to ensure safety and hygiene for all our customers.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To prevent contamination and ensure product integrity, we only accept returns that meet the following strict criteria:
Unopened & Sealed: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging (including intact cellophane wrap/seals).
Original Condition: The box and bottle must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received them.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Note: Any item that has been opened, sprayed, or tampered with is considered used and is not eligible for a return due to health and safety regulations.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at orders@shoppingperfumes.ca
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at orders@shoppingperfumes.ca so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these specific cases, Shoppingperfumes.ca will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5-10] business days.
Rejected: If the item is found to be opened or used, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
